Facebook is suing Mark Zuckerberg. No, really. However, it’s not the same Mark Zuckerberg who founded Facebook, rather, it’s Israeli social-media entrepreneur formerly known as Rotem Guez. You see Mr. Guez has officially changed his name to Mark Zuckerberg hoping Facebook will not sue Mark Zuckerberg.
Of course, Facebook is still suing Mr. Guez/Mark Zuckerberg. Apparently it all started when Rotem Guez took Facebook to court in January 2011 because “they were unwilling to return his ‘hacked’ Facebook profile without any apparent, legitimate reason.” Facebook shut down his “Like Store,” which sold advertisers fans for their pages in violation of Facebook’s terms of service. Facebook claims the exclusive right to sell the “Likes.”
