Going to be in and around San Francisco this holiday season and want to help a great cause? Umloud, a Rock Band night for Child's Play has you covered.
For those of you who aren't aware of what child's play is, it is a charity created by a couple of the guys over at Penny Arcade which gives games and toys to children who have been hospitalized. This year, Chris Kohler of Wired.com, Joe Markert of Gamehelper, and John “Seg” Seggerson of Telltale Games will be leading the night with an event which is promised to be bigger and better than ever before. This year, Harmonix will be sponsoring the event and putting together a whole stage filled with Rock Band 3 awesomeness, so you can get your game on and help kids at the same time. If you're interested in participating, check out the now launched site at www.umloud.org and follow umloud on twitter at @Umloud.
