A couple weeks ago we brought you news that Nail'd, the upcoming 4×4 racing game from Deep Silver, will be featuring music from some of the biggest names in metal. Well, some more of those names were revealed today and Deep Silver appears to have fulfilled their promise to give headbangers everywhere something to listen to, lining up the Deftones' Stephen Carpenter, Hatebreed's Jamey Jasta, Static X's Wayne Static, and others to create original music for the soundtrack.
These new musicians will create original music to accompany songs from Slipknot, Queens of The Stone Age, Rise Against, and many more in what could be one of the most metal-filled soundtracks to date.
In speaking about the soundtrack, Deep Silver's Jon Schutts stated "When you’ve got a game like nail’d where you take every edge of your seat moment you’ve ever experienced and cranked it up to eleven, you need a killer soundtrack. We got the best musicians out there to help define the sound of nail’d and they literally blew us away.”
Also released was a trailer, which can be seen below, that showcases some of the original music and over-the-top driving that nail'd will bring to the table this Q4 on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
