Tons of Different DLC Made Available Today

So, today was an especially big day for DLC in the gaming world.  With  Red Dead Redemption, Bad Company 2, and a ton of Sonic games either coming out with new content or cutting prices on old content I figured it was best to just centralize it all for today.  So here's your DLC wrap for the day.

Just Cause 2 developer Square Enix announced the Tuk Tuk Boom Boom will be available for download free, starting today, on Xbox Live, PSN, and Steam.  The Tuk Tuk Boom Boom is an "auto rickshaw rolls with style, grace and a roof-mounted weapon of mass destruction, capable of devastating even the most persistent of pursuers".  Along with the new vehicle, all the content which was available as a promotional pre-order can now be downloaded.  All of this is "[a]s a ‘thank you’ to the Just Cause 2 community".

Rockstar released new online co-op challenges today in the form of the Outlaws to the End mission pack for Red Dead Redemption.  Also downloadable for free, this  pack will allow you and four of your friends to take on six new multiplayer missions.  To sweeten the deal even more the mission pack will add new trophies and achievements to the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game.  What's not to love?

In Celebration of Sonic turning 19, Sega is offering a ton of deals on Sonic DLC for the PS3, Xbox 360 and iPhone.  There is a whole list of content on sale, the entirety which can be found over at Game Informer's website.  Beware though Xbox gamers, these deals only last through the 24th for you, although iPhone and PS3 users have until the 30th of June and 6th of July respectively.

Lastly, Onslaught mode, which allows up to four players to work cooperatively to secure and hold various objectives in Battlefield: Bad Company 2, releases on the PS3 today for 10 dollars.  The mode was planned for release today on the Xbox 360, but has been delayed for unknown reasons (it was playable on the 360 at E3).  There is also still no word on a PC release date.
