Oh yes, there will be goodies in today's daily gaming update. With only one day until the two major console digital release services (PSN and XBLA) drop their titles for the week we've got a trailer for Curve's Explodemon and some last minute release date news from TNT Racers. Top it off with a Final Fantasy trailer and you've got yourself plenty of news to enjoy.

Are you in the mood for some classic  Final Fantasy characters battling it out in cinematic style that only Square Enix can deliver?  Of course you are.  That's why we're bringing you this latest trailer for Dissidia 012 (Duodecim) Final Fantasy.  Warning, over the top dialog may or may not be present.

So, you're all set with your plans to get the 3DS on the first day it launches, but you're also a peripherals type of person and want a couple extra somethings to ensure the safety of your brand new handheld.  Unsurprisingly Snakebyte is going to be first to market to help you out, delivering the 3DS Starter Pack right around the launch of Nintendo's handheld.  The starter pack will consist of:

  • Two screen covers
  • Three telscoping styluses
  • Universal USB adapter for charging
  • Protective cover for six gaming modules
  • Earbuds
  • Leather case with room for three gaming modules

The starter pack currently only has a release date for Europe (March 25th), but it will be also seeing a US release "a couple months behind" the European one.  That delay is pretty understandable considering they're still working on that third party Move.

Up until now Sony owners had been left out in the cold when it came to Bulkypix's Twin Blades.  Come February 22nd the palms of their hands will be heating up though.  Why February 22nd?  Why, because that's when the game will be coming to PSP Minis.

Side-scrolling anime action game has received some pretty good reviews in its previous form as an iOS and XBLIG, so don't count this one out when it comes to minis.

[Twin Blades]-$3.99

With only one day until Explodemon's big day on the PSN this tuesday, that means it's launch trailer time for Curve Studios' platformer.  Unsurprisingly the trailer showcases thesame type of high speed action we've seen before out of Explodemon.

Explodemon will be out on the PSN tomorrow, February 8th, here in the states; it will be out on February 9th in Europe.

[Explodemon]-$9.99

Another Monday, another set of awesome deals to lighten your virtual wallet with out of Microsoft.  Whereas last week Microsoft offered a sweet prize for gamers who picked up Hydrophobia, this week digital gamers will have to content themselves with the following sales.
