DJ Hero 2 isn't exactly one of those games you can download and get a taste of from Xbox Live. After all, just to have the basic set-up you will need to drop $50.00 on one of the turntables, a sunk cost if you end up not liking the game. Luckily, Activision is giving players across the country a chance to try DJ Hero 2 before they buy it at Best Buys around the country.

The demo, which will be placed in 900 stores across the country, will give players a chance to sample freestyle mode and some of the new multiplayer modes including DJ Battle. Alternatively, if you already have a turntable at your house and want to give freestyle mode a whirl you can download the online demo which will allow you to give some of DJ Hero 2's newest features a shot. Lastly, Activision has released a sneak peak at the upcoming DJ Hero 2 commercial which will be going live across the country. Check it out below.
