NinjaBee was definitely the biggest name in the virtual world today, announcing a new title for the PSN and bringing two of their classic to the PC. However, it wasn't all small digital news in the wake of the NGP announcement as we also got our first look at Anarchy Reigns and so much more.

Black Chicken Studios announced today that Arcademagia: The Making Of Mages players now have access to their fifth set of DLC for free.  College Godina: Spells Against the enemy will bring six new quests, new spells, 20+ new events, one new skill, and more.

So, we were wrong before when we said that the earlier traielr from Atari for Test Drive Unlimited 2 was one of the last.  Atari has released another one showing off how Jaguars look in the upcoming driving game.  It isn't the spiffiest trailer, but does capture some of the feel of the series.

The second game in the Test Drive Unlimited series will be released on February 8th the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

[Test Drive Unlimited 2]-$49.99(Xbox 360), $49.99(PS3), $39.99(PC)

NinjaBee and Bacon Wrapped Games announced today that they're bringing two of their XBLA games onto the PC via Steam.  The two games, Cloning Clyde, and Ancients of Ooga were some of the earliest games on Microsoft's digital distribution platform and will now be hitting Steam.

The developers weren't exactly forthcoming as to a release date, so you'll have to wait a little while longer to find out when you can use your mouse and keyboard to help Clyde escape safely from his cloning facility.

Sony announced today a new slate of games coming to the PSN later this year.  Some of the games, like Slam Bolt Scrappers, were already announced for PSN, however, some of them were totally new.  The biggest title was obviously Plants Vs. Zombies, but there will also be three other games released.  These include:

  • Akimi Village: A village construction game from NinjaBee, makers of A World of Keflings.
  • Rochard: A space exploration and puzzle solving experience from Recoil Games
  • Sideway: The story of a 2D artists navigating 3D streets developed by Playbrains and Fuel Industries
  • Acceleration of Seguri X Edition: A 2D anime brawler created by the team of SOE and Rockin' Android

Although a specific release date wasn't given for any of the game, it looks like Sony may be going the route of Microsoft and starting with promotions to get users interested in their releases.

Kalypso announced today that they are working on an expansion to their trading simulator Patrician IV.  Titled Rise Of A Dynasty, the add-on will feature a number of new features including land caravans, multiplayer scenarios, and eight new cities.
